Power amp or receiver?

Currently I am using a power amp on the pre outs for the fronts.

However the reciever does give me the option to bi wire the fronts via its own amplification.

So my question is:

1. Will it be better to bi wire the speaker using the option directly from the receiver or leave the power amp as it is but cannot bi wire with the power amp?
