I need some advice. I have a pair of SMGa Maggies that produce lovely sound, however they do lack a little on lower bass. They don't produce as much oomph as I'd like.
As far as I can see, I need to get a powered Sub. Then it occured to me: would it be cheaper to build a little powered sub? I don't need more than 75w RMS output and would most likely have it playing way below that.
Any suggestions for existing products out there? Or on whether I should consider building it instead of buying? (that would of course involve building/integrating an amp too... on second though buying may be a better idea...lol)
I am on quite a tight budget.
