This is probably a case of overthinking it, but here goes...
If I feed an analogue signal, from an external DAC, to the 'line in' 3.5mm input of a Powernode 2i, will that signal evade the Powernode's own (lesser) DAC and simply be amplified for speaker output?
In other words, for this use case I want to have the Powernode acting merely as an amp. Am I on the right track here...?
