I buy electricity from prepaid24.com.
I realized today that there are a possibility that I have been overcharged, for how long I don't know.
This morning I bought R500.00 worth, and got 302 units. That is R1.65 per unit. I thought it is because I bought a larger amount as ussually I just buy only R200.00 at a time. Then I pay arround R1.25 per unit. But not so....My father bought R1000.00 yesterday and got 658 units. He uses a lot more electricity per month than me but pays less per unit than me! Why is this? We stay in exactly the same suburb. Only difference is he is in a house, and I am in a complex.
I have mailed them as well, but would like to hear your thoughts, just for if they can come with a silly answer.
