FS - Media (CD/DVD/LP/Games) Problems reading SACD Layer on Hybrid Disc

I have a universal player. The laser has been changed twice. It struggles to read the SACD layer on hybrid discs. Very seldom it manages to read the SACD layer. Please share any insights to solve this problem or why this problem occurs. It reads the CD layer without a problem.
