I am looking to get a new external hard drive (it?s for work stuff but orders take months and I doubt they?ll even consider it because ?not research from your research funds?).
Which available brands should I consider or avoid?
I have been getting by with USB sticks but there is now a bag of them by the shelf that is my desk and my music hard drive is not going to be used for this.
Should add, I use an older Mac Air as it is ten times faster than the Dell I get from work (and I slid it into research costs before they started to only do that for our Higher Being Overlords)
