Rega Planar3 vs Micro Seiki BL21

I have a beautiful and mechanical/electrical immaculate REGA PLANAR 3 from 1985 /86.The arm is a LINN Basik Plus paired with a Ortofon Quintet Blue MC. The motor is perfect and noiseless,no rumbles or other undesirables...Totally Immaculate. I am playing with the idea of getting a MICRO SEIKI BL21 with aMission 777 arm. Would you do the change ?????
