Morning All,
Does anyone know of a good repair tech in the Natal Midlands - PMB or Durban perhaps?
I bought a Marantz 1060 a few years ago from a forum member but it wasn't in the state that was promised - it actually didn't work at all and wasn't in the best of condition either! (Wasn't happy about it but caveat emptor I guess.
I figured it would be good project since there are quite a few resources on the web specifically for these Marantz models - I even imported quality replacement components for the project.
Fast forward a year or three and the "project" is still sitting on my desk making me feel guilty. Not even this lockdown has afforded me time to tackle it.
So I've decided to maar pay someone to get it working for me, so any suggestions for a decent, trustworthy bloke will be greatly appreciated. As I mentioned, I have all the components required for the fix, just need expertise and time.
