So wanted to thank a dealer for outstanding service and going out of their way for me yesterday. There are many of them and I'm sure many fellow members will give a heads up to those who have helped them out in the past. There are are a few that have helped me out in the past by going above and beyond, and I guess I haven't given them their appropriate dues but I guess it's never too late to start. The ones that stand out are

To the list I would like to add Judy and Mark of Remedytec. Yesterday I went to collect some items that had ordered. I arrived at exactly 1 PM on a Saturday. When we checked my order we realized the supplier had made a mistake. Knowing how far I had driven from and not wanting to disappoint me they immediately contacted the supplier and then went on to make amends with a extremely generous gesture. This is not something you experience from a dealer in any field. Usually a similar situation would lead to some sort of argument or worse. So to Judy and Mark thank you very much. I am really enjoying my new toys.
