Finally i managed to get a new pair of Fostex 166 drivers and Mr Kassler advised me to build the Austin boxes because they are the easiest of builds 
I managed to get baltic birch ply for a so so good price for the outside and decide on MDF for the inside to cut some costs down. a Lot of plankies but with the correct tools it is not a problem. One box is almost finished and i realise they stand quite tall at 1.2m
