Hi felow forumites,

I own a Rotel RB980BX power amp which is running my B&W 685's very well. Since I bought a pair of 684's I was thinking of increasing the power by getting a RB990BX or similar Rotel Power Amp (200watts x 2) or adding a 2nd RB980 in bridged mode (360watts x 2)

From experience I bridged a 6channel rotel power amp but the stereo quality was missing. Is it advisable to bridge or do you lose quality? Or would it be better to replace the 980?

Your valuable input is very welcome.
