Rotel RR-1050 remote

Getting fed-up with replacing batteries time and again on the Rotel RR-1050 remote for my secondary system. Any advice on replacing it with a non-complex remote or interest in exchange or removing it from my hands?

I am currently using it on RA-05 and RCD- 02 respectively....
