Rotel RSP 1570 Repairs

I have a Rotel RSP 1570, having issues with the HDMI ports.
They are working but picture very snowy (almost white) and can hardly make out the OSD.
I suspect a problem with my HDMI ports, anyone know where I can send this for repairs?
