Run Flat tyres

My Mercedes has (OEM) 225/40/18 Bridgestone run flats .

My question is .... do i need to replace them with the same brand or can replace them with another brand (i honestly feel that the Bridgestones are a little noisy).

Can i replace them with normal tyres instead of runflat.....is this possible :nfi: ( i have allocated around R2500- R3000 per tyre) .
