Samsung plasma- faulty again

Hi guys
Those who were around in 2012 might recall that Barry Sahd from this forum helped me get a C series plasma replaced through someone he knew at Samsung. The plasma had developed faint black horizontal lines that were visible especially on white or light backgrounds.
I received a 51" HD plasma as replacement.
Just over 2 years on, the replacement E series (PS51E550) is suffering from the exact same problem.
I wonder if there is a design fault here?
Trying to reach Samsung has been frustrating. Barry's previous contact Eben is no longer there and you won't believe it but his replacement (call centre manager called Sylvester) has since Tuesday decided not to return any of my 4 messages left for him with his staff.
I've complained about his kak service via HP but would be interested to know if any other 51" E series plasma owners are experiencing the same problem as I recall a number of forum members buying the same plasma....
