I have recently been given a set of KRK 8? monitors, which seem to still work 100% but could do with a bit of cosmetic touching up. They are quite scratched, the one dust cap is cracked, knobs need to be replaced etc. Some people don?t look after their speakers
Wanted to get your thoughts on where I can have these looked at, and give them a ?service?. I understand that Marshall Music is the agent of KRK in South Africa, but not sure if that will make them more expensive?
Also, fixing scratches ? better to spray (panelbeater?) or vinyl wrap?
Apologies if these queries have been discussed before, I have done quite a bit of searching without luck.
