Setting up a home network

Hi guys

I want to set up a home network to allow communication between my hifi components, to use smart features on the TV, to access BD live when watching bluray and to stream music and movies. I dont have a landline and my option is 3G or other wireless options. I know the price of bandwidth is high for 3G but I wont be doing much downloading so a pay as u go system will be appropriate for me.

What would advice I do to be able to setup a network to do the above without paying an arm and a leg
