Small globes used on turntables for Strobe

Anyone have any constructive ideas about where to source these tiny little (neon, I think...?) buggers?

Have checked the usual suspects in Cape Town (Yebo, Brights, etc.) as well as Google and eBay (there is a bloke offering an alternative, but his shipping is hyper expensive!!!!)

No luck so far....
