So i was thinking...

To sell my whole stereo system and home theatre...

But I won't be buying something new. I will use the money for a month long holiday for the wife, daughter and myself
Maybe a road trip along the coast...

And to do a few things around the house which we still haven't done after a year of moving in...just a few things to make it cosy and exactly how we want it

Then once all is done I can start saving and start building a system again and hopefully get the joy and excitement I use to get when I was younger and able to put together a modest system after slaving away at a 6am-6pm job...it was very rewarding

Also summer is around the corner and having some spare money aside would be great as we really enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, hunting, bundu bashing  ;D

Has anyone ever done this and how did It turn out?
