Hi all, I'm new to to the AV world and considering buying the Sony dh820 which is feature for feature very similar to the Onkyo 608 being sold in the classifieds. Any views on how these would compare? Or are they comparable i.e. am I talking about a new Tata vs old BMW? Tnx.
The pro's with the Sony is that its brand new plus cheaper than the used onkyo by about R600.
Pro's with onkyo 608 are THX and potentially more power with <8 ohm speakers.
If you have any general views on the Sony Dh820, that would be handy too.
