Can anyone point me to the current Sony Service Centre/s that deal with Blu-ray player repairs?
The number that comes up as Sony Service Centre in Boksburg say they no longer deal with Sony: 011 894 4100.
I've got a Sony bdp-s490 with video but no sound on the HDMI output... I am however able to get sound via an Optical Cable, but this doesn't help me as I need Dolby Atmos, which requires an HDMI connection. So it looks like the HDMI connector or board may need to be replaced. I'd like to find out if parts are available for this player still and how much they cost...
