I have purchased a Yamaha RX A870 receiver last year. I have them hooked up to an old PSB Alpha 5.1 set up. I?d like to change my speakers as I want something newer. I use the receiver for movies, music and gaming. What would be the recommended speaker set up for this amplifier? Looking for guidance on a 5.1 set up (I?m not looking to go atmos just yet). I?d like to get a set of speakers that wouldn?t need a power amplifier to get the most out of it.
