I have built a new patio and want to show off some of the roof's pine rafters (ceilingboards will go in-between the rafters). To make them not look out of place, I'd like to match them to the existing roof's dark rafter overhang on the outside of the house (presumably they were treated with creosote).
Hope all of that makes sense. What can I use to do this? Some sort of woodoc?
