Stand alone streamers

I currently have a Cambridge Audio 851N, which is great and serves as a DAC and streamer.

I have begun exploring the separation of a DAC and streamer for my second system, and I guess my question is:

What makes one streamer better then the other? e.g. How different is a Wiim Pro to an iFi Zen ? Just using these two as an example as I have seen them on this forum.
