I got a bit of a buzz on my amp modules that I built, was never there before, regardless of anything on the input side or not. Did a bit of Googling, and ground loop seems to come up quite a bit. Some recommend a 1k resistor across the input signal, others a star ground to be the way to go. Is there some sought of rule with regards to star grounding when it comes to amplifiers?
Would you guys mind sharing your thoughts, maybe some pics or diagrams of your star ground
