So for those of you who know my house... the driveway was always a problem, and after pacing back and forth I figured I could get a garage at road level, with space for an "office" below.
The build is complete and I am now starting to get audio in, was waiting for all security to be in pace 1st. Due to the space constraints it had to be square, which I know is not ideal.
So size is 6x6x2,6M. Widows are double glazed and it is below road level so there is no neighbour concern

Back/front walls have no windows (load bearing for roof slabs), both side walls have sliding doors and significant curtain..
