Stereo Hi-Fi Advice Needed

Hi,

I am looking to get back into hi-fi after a long absence (kids etc).
I would like a stereo setup casting around R10-R15k
I will be listening to all genres of music.

My current shortlist looks as follows:

Amp: NAD 326, Yamaha AS 500, Denon PMA710
CD: NAD 515, Yamaha CD300, Denon DCD510AE
Speakers: B&W685, Mission MX3, Boston A26, Monitor Audio Bronze BX2

What basic cables will I need to go with the above?

Any comment suggestions and advice on the above and on where to shop in the Cape Town area would be appreciated.
