Stream Content - Automatic volume level control (Stereo Amp)

I there anyway I can do Automatic volume level control with stream content (Youtube, Netflix)

A device to plug in between the tv and amp ?

Samsung TV
Roku Stick ,plugged in HDMI port
Stereo Speakers
Stereo Amp connected via rca cables to tv

I have my main separate stereo for myself

Problem: Volume levels are so different between online content

Will the below device work any suggestions welcome
