I moved my sub to the right-hand side of the main speaker and the sound became much better in terms of low end and overall "feel".
I must add that it was in a corner when on the left hand side, and I feel that this made a difference, although it is a sealed unit (B&W ASW10), which apparently is not placement dependent.
I am also interested to know where most forumites place their subbies.
I saw some putting it between the main speakers, while others to the furthest position to the left and right, i.e. as far as possible from the main speakers, etc.
What is your preference and is there a "science" or best practice to this in your opinion?
Thanks for reading and taking the time.
