I can't get my head around a challenge which is presenting itself as follows:
I bought a Jamo sub which has only one RCA socket for AUDIO-IN...My amp however has no separate SUB-OUT but I have a second PRE AMP OUT-the usual RCA-sockets . The first option would be to use a single RCA cable between the SUB and either the right or left PRE-AMP OUT.
That would mean I will get only one channel Bass to the sub. The second option would be a RCA cable 3 way split with the single male to the sub and the twin males to the PRE-OUT left and right. I am wondering whether this would work ? or would this simply combine Left and Right together ? If both options won't work ,What is the solution (excl. buying another amp or sub :unsure::oops:
