Hi all, I would like some help with the subject mentioned issue. I have a denon receiver and 2 x SVS pb1000s. When the rca is not plugged into the sub, there is no hum. However, once i plug them in, i have humming based on sub volume. Once plugged into the receiver the hum is much lesser as long as receiver has power but not switched on. Once i switch receiver on, the hum is back and is based on sub volume not receiver volume.
If i switch between sources on the receiver the hum goes away for a few seconds then comes back. Its driving me crazy
I've tried plugging them in same sockets, different sockets, unplugging 1 sub but nothing works. Don't know if I need a better shielded subwoofer input cable maybe. Thanks in advance
