Hi guys. I have a slight problem I can't seem to solve. I have just connected a 2nd B&W ASW610 sub to a RX-A3040 and the bass levels almost halved. The bass sounds flat and extremely subdued. Tried each sub on their own and they are brilliant as single units. But connecting both up and it's like someone just switched the bass down by half. Is this because the amp is working harder and routing power to each sub from its built in 9 channels? I used the same settings on the 2nd sub as the 1st eg level, phase, bass extension etc etc so I just cannot figure this. Can't be any phase issues as I initially thought. Honestly a single sub sounds much more amazing than 2 in this case??? Any ideas on this?
