I have a portable hard drive with music and movies. It plugs into my blu ray player via USB
and the blu ray connects to my AV receiver via HDMI.
We occasionally watch a movie on a big screen through my projector.
Suddenly, out of the blue, I can select any music or movie file but get the above message.
I assumed that the hard drive had packed up but on plugging it into my PC all files work fine.
How do I determine what the problem is? Could it be a setting on one of the remotes that
have changed, could the blu-ray be at fault or maybe the receiver?
Do I call in a home theater technician?
Can anyone please help?
