suggestion for house building

here's a floorplan of the house I'm intending to build, the living will be used for HT and the man cave is disguised as a study, so get your audiophiles brains cracking, what do you suggest? room treatments, finishes, wiring etc. the double garage will eventually be converted to possible another man cave  O0:dance:
