Hi All,
So up here in West Africa, power is serious problem. The compound I live in runs on generators around 14 hours a day and cuts at least 5 times a day often. My apartment has a voltage regulator "at least this is what it looks like" but I cannot trust it.
For both my LCD TV's/DSTV HD PVR and Samsung Micro Hi Fi, I have them running on APC Smart UPS which seems to be okay for a 10 minutes or so.
What would be best options to safeguard my Hi Fi equipment? I have seen some really fancy equipment out there which cost way more than Rotel and B&W kit but are there any cheaper options.
Any suggestions?
