I bought some CDs from Takealot.com. Paid on 10/12 and requested delivery at my mom's business in Robertson WC. Website promised delivery 21/12, which I thought must be an attempt to under promise. I mean, its CDs and delivery from other local online merchants have been within 5 working days in most cases. Anyway, got a mail yesterday to say that one of the disks is not instock. Should they keep on bac, order or credit my account. Call center didn't answer my calls ('very busy' according to the email) and I can expect me delivery within a few working days, no further details. By that time I will in all liklihood have gone back to Jhb and will have to arrange delivery of my cds myself. F#ktog.

Has anyone else had bad experiences with these guys? I used my eBucks so I figured if FNB thinks they're fine, they probably are. Perhap just caught unawares by Chrismas rush, but I'm pee-ed off because I think I gave them plenty time to send some CDs.
