I recently stumbled upon a pair of these model designation SB-F1. All alu housing - driving off a small chip amp rated at 20 watt per channel and they sound extremely good to my ears when doing near field listening - guess that is what they were aimed at as bass is rated something like 50 hz @ -16 DB . Looks like first models were build in 1978 and they went on for quite a few years after that.
Anyone else with experience around these and the bigger models that followed?
