Telkom to MWEB?

Got marketing call from MWEB asking me to change to their ISP fro my current 4K uncapped (shaped) account with Telkom. They say theirs is cheaper and allows you to connect onto various Wi-Fi hotspots around the world using your same logon profile as you do at home.

Any opinions about the wisdom of making this move?
