Yes you read the topic correctly, we have a Stereo Music show and you're getting a heads up about it here first.
Pretty much all the top South African Manufacturers will be in one place at one time for you to have a look at and listen to. What's more you will be able to talk to the manufacturers themselves and get their insight into their products. We have multiple demo rooms and there will be a host of system demos during the event. There will of course also be some show deals that will be enticing.
Due to Covid restrictions we have had to do things a little differently to your conventional show.
To keep numbers within Covid regulations we have broken the show into three hour sessions, with these being
Friday 18 June
Session 1: 12 pm to 3 Pm
Session 2: 3 Pm - 6 Pm
Session 36 Pm - 9 Pm
Saturday 19 June
Session 1: 9 Am -12Pm
Session 2 : 12Pm - 3 PM
Session 3 : 3 Pm - 6 Pm
Session 4 : 6 Pm - 9 Pm
Sunday 20 June (Fathers Day)
Session 1: 9 Am -12 Pm
Session 2 : 12Pm - 3 Pm
Session 3: 3 PM - 6 Pm
Confirmed exhibitors include in no particular order
Sonor Audio who will have almost their entire speaker range on display and Demo.
Valve Audio with most of their integrated and separate components including phono stages and pre and power amps
PL Audio, who may be new to some of you, but their pre and power amps are astounding.
Reference Acoustics will be there with their Xact turntables
Lace Dixon Turntables will have the Revolve, a truly high end marvel, and something new that will make its' debut at the show
Tube Phonic will be at the show with their amazing phono stage and Pre amp. Having heard both of these I can attest to their world class status.
Supporting the music will be SoundStructures.
As we are limited to approximately 50 people per session, so booking is essential.
The cost per person is R 100.00 But as we've teamed up with Rocomamas. When you get to the show, we will present you with a R 100 RocoMamas food voucher , so the show is essentially free.
As mentioned in the topic the venue is Carnival City Casino Conference Centre (Rio Rooms) in Brakpan.
We are negotiating special hotel rates for those that want to visit the show from out of town.
