Many years ago I obtained a THETA valve amplifier. It is a massive monoblock (uses KT88/6550 output valves). It is very well build with a bias set meter. The smoothing capacitors are the special flashlight types that can absorb high voltage spikes, etc. It was probably built in the late 80?s (in the USA?). There is not even a model number on it, in order to identify it.

For many years I have been searching for a second one, but with no luck. I know somebody in Cape Town has a complete set. Maybe somebody is aware of another single monoblock. If I cannot find one I will probably sell/exchange it.
