Setup is as follows:
Hp N40l
Asus 5450
TP link w821nc
Openelec, version 11, generic.
I have a home wifi network. Adsl modem/router: Tplink w 8960n.
I am tired of copying stuff manually from my external hard drive so i purchased the wireless n usb adapter (Compatible with openelec according to the wiki page)
Now I am really struggling to actually setup up file sharing.
I have read the guides on samba etc, nothing really makes sense to me.
I can see my pc name when I try to add a network but I receive an error stating connection refused.
Also I have been using The Compro K300 remote which is cool, but I can't seem to setup the android remote either which tells me its probably cause of my first issue.
I know this is a tough one, maybe someone can try and point me in the right direction. :walled: :walled: :walled:
