Hi Just purchased a Seagate barracuda green 2TB drive and an e-sata case for back-ups...
On e-sata, Bios sees the drive, Device Manager sees the drive, Explorer doesn't, no amount of refreshing, uninstall or reinstall works... (Esata port on puter worked in the past...)
Using USB, same thing, Device manager sees it, haven't checked bios, explorer doesn't...
What gives?
Win XP SP3. Have to 500GB's in the case, ditto if I remove the slave... doesn't see it.
Am going to install drive inside case to check that out...
BTW what is the system bus controller? mine does not work, and windows can't find drivers for it...
