Any thoughts? I guess many perceive this as I did. Just another way to recycle and extend ownership of a catalogue and to make more money. And yes, of course, the great ex rock / pop stars either get a symphonic orchestra, go acoustic, or do a duet album. That seems to be the proforma for most..
At first I avoided it.. even though it was as free as streaming and downloading their previous highly contentious Songs Of.. But, I have come to enjoy some of it (and the album is receiving some pretty positive, though sometimes mixed reviews..). I quite like these:

Peace On Earth
With Or Without You.
