Valve Audio Exclame 150 paired with Bentley Acoustics FS-150

I currently have a set of B&W 683 s1 connected to my Exclame 150. Serves me well. However, there is a pair of Bentley Acoustics FS-150 in the classifieds that has my attention.
Can anyone tell me if this would be an upgrade worthwhile or more of a sideways move?
I have an SVS SB12-NSD sub that I am using as well.
