Valve Audio Whisper Service

I think it is time that my Whisper gets a service. It's about 10 years old with about 2000 to 3000 hours on the clock. And maybe add and MM module at the same time. Does Schalk still service the Valve Audio equipment, and is his email address still the same as in 2018?
