I hope someone can advise me a bit.
I had a problem with my vehicle since I had it with pull away on hills, I have reported this numerous times at the dealer.
When I pull away it feels like if it shudders and when you give more fuel it spins away.
Now they told me that they found the the clutch is loose and is not covered by the warranty, they wanted me to pay for the labor of removing the clutch that they can see if it is not working properly due to driver error or manufacturing error.
When I have small hills or flat road I have no issue on pull away.
What can I do?
