Vibration Isolation ? Recommended Methods & Materials ?

I invite your recommendations about the methods and materials you consider to be best suited to isolate a computer from peripheral vibration. The heavy computer (c. 22Kg, dry) stands on an integral 20mm pipe frame.

Should one rather look for a type of vibration isolation material that finds a wider, general application that could be cut to fit for e.g. a computer, kitchen appliance and audio component?

Could you please recommend too, good suppliers of such materials, preferably in Pretoria or Kempton Park, or nearby?
