Okay I am not too sure if I am maybe being just a little off key but too me my vintage Pioneer System Sounds 1000 times nicer than the new HT system I have, can this be the case or do i maybe need to do a proper set up on my HT system.

Room size 6x6x3high with hollow oregon pine floors
Can the dedicated CD make that big a diference, the HT room was set up by a AV company in JHB so that should be set up correctly,
Just makes me miff Vintage stereo system given too me by my dad sounds better than the R20000.00+ New HT system what you guys think
