Greetings all, I'm in Cape Town and looking to purchase Jazz vinyl locally, preferably from those who have cherished their records over years, just as I have my small selection of near mint recordings. My personal taste would be Blood Sweat & Tears, Lighthouse, Chicago, (those in particular), Dave Grusin, (most of the stuff from GRP Records) Bob James, Hubert Laws, Crusaders, Joe Sample, good Sax, Trombone, Piano and that goes to even Claus Ogerman and big jazz orchestral stuff (anyone ever heard of 'Frank Wess-Harry Edison's "Dear Mr. Bassie") or similar, which you may feel of interest.
All the above may seem like asking a lot, yet I feel that there could be many classics gathering dust, that no sons, daughters, nephews or nieces would appreciate, at least not as I would, regards Peter.
