Oh my god.. Im really gobsmacked..In a daze now.
What an afternoon at the Col's place...(giya G1's , Twin Devialets- a Giyalet system.

I really listened to the system in some depth and all I can say is , as allycat (who came with me) put it , we fiddling with hifi..this system is not hifi , its at some level where you cannot define it.

I have never heard music like that , Im not a toe tapper , but I was jiggling.

The music explodes out a black darkness of utter silence , the speakers are not there , the room is making the music , the bass is OMG territory you will never need a sub...it is deep , powerful , tuneful , articulate.I have killer subs , full range Meridian actives and I have messed with DSP bass correction and have never been close to what I heard.

The rest of the drives just integrate with each other to create the performer in your room , you do not notice them at all , you are just listening to the music....you hear every micro detail thing , the texture of the sound is amazing , you can hear every hair on the brush hit the cymbal with no brightness
I cannot describe how good this system is ,I was surrounded by music and sucked in..
The scale of the music and the way you can wind up the speaker till where your ear says NO!! but the speaker says , "I'm not even breaking a sweat" is impressive.
Everything we played , and we played quite a lot , sounded amazing , I heard stuff I thought I knew in a different light.
Col , your system is undoubtedly the best I have ever heard.

2 weeks to go for mw...
